5. Failed Delivery

Delivery may fail due to:

• Incorrect address

• Unreachable customer

• Door locked

Courier makes 2–3 attempts.
After that, the package may be returned to us.

6. Lost or Damaged Package

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours

• Replacement or refund will be initiated after verification
